1. Processing of personal data

The e-store varvx.ee (hereinafter "Seller") processes customer personal data (first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address, bank details) only to fulfill the order and deliver the goods to the customer.

2. Transfer of data to third parties

The Seller forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods. Personal data necessary for making payments is forwarded to the authorized payment center.

3. Cookies

The e-store uses cookies (technical data stored on the customer's device) to ensure better functionality, save shopping cart contents and language preferences. The customer can opt out of cookies in their browser settings, but this may limit the functionality of the e-store.

4. Data retention and security

Customer data is kept on a secure server. The customer has the right to request the modification or deletion of their data, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it (e.g. accounting source documents must be retained for 7 years).
