Terms of Sale

1. General Provisions

These terms of sale apply to products purchased from varvx.ee (hereinafter "Seller") by the customer (hereinafter "Buyer").

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in euros (€). The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to the Buyer is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation. Payment can be made via invoice or e-store methods.

3. Delivery

Products are dispatched after payment is received. Delivery time depends on the manufacturing process and chosen shipping method. The Seller is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or force majeure.

4. Custom Orders & 3D Printing

All 3D printed items are custom-made according to the Buyer's specifications (chosen color, model, size). These are considered custom orders with limited return rights (see Return Policy).

5. Liability and Dispute Resolution

The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. The Seller's maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
