Terms of Sale

1. General Provisions

These terms of sale apply to products purchased from varvx.ee (hereinafter "Seller") by the customer (hereinafter "Buyer").

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in euros (€). The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to the Buyer is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation. Payment can be made via invoice or e-store methods.

3. Production & Delivery

All items are custom-produced upon order. Production lead times and delivery:

Items with in-stock materials: Production time 1–5 business days, plus shipping (1–3 business days).
Items with made-to-order materials (pre-orders): If the selected material or color is not in local stock, raw materials are sourced from the manufacturer's central warehouse (Bambu Lab, Polymaker, etc.). In this case, production time is 1–3 weeks. Pre-order status and extended lead times are clearly communicated prior to adding to cart.

The Seller is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or force majeure.

4. Custom Orders & 3D Printing

All 3D printed items are custom-made according to the Buyer's specifications (chosen color, model, size). These are considered custom orders with limited return rights (see Return Policy).
