Right of Return (14 days)

1. Right of withdrawal and custom orders

According to the law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

                Important Note: Since most 3D printed items are custom-made to the Buyer's specific specifications (color, material, custom model), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
            

2. Returning standard products

For standard or in-stock products (which are not custom-made), the returned item must be completely unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

3. Return costs

The Buyer bears all shipping costs related to returning the product. If the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part, the Seller will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving the returned product, the Seller will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
